UTP Management attempting as fair as possible in assessing the performance of the employee.
For that we are implementing Reward and Punishment Program, we expect that program will encourage our Employee to provide their best effort in serving our customer.
For those who achieve it in carrying out all processes apply, hence we will Award Cash prizes to employees.

In other hand, Employee who is not able to follow the rules, we will give them a warning letter or even Employment termination if the employee is not willing to change.

For October - December 2013 period, Award went to Bp. Suherman Acung above satisfactory performance during the period.
